Make yoghurt out of 1 gallon of milk.
Grind a fistful of mint, 2-3 green chillies, 3 inch peeled ginger piece.
Add the ground mixture to the yogurt.
Add 3 tsp of jeeraga powder and salt.
Add 1/2 gallon of water and churn the buttermilk with a electric handmixer or handheld indian churner.
Heat 2 tsp of oil and add mustard seeds, 1 tsp of perungayam and a few curry leaves. Pour this hot mixture over the prepared buttermilk.
