1. Provide office space for GATS

             The main objectives of the Tamil Maiyam are:

1. Host Tamil library and Computing Center
2. Resources for language / cultural studies
3. Have satellite centers around the Southern area
4. To promote Tamil Art, Literature and Culture
1. with special thrust on Research, Creative Productions and Publications
5. To create a platform for Tamil people to interact, relate, learn and work together for the betterment of Tamil as a language and the Tamil society

• Meditation/Prayer Hall
• Large Community Center
• Children’s Play area
• Children’s Class rooms
• Library
• Indoor Play ground
• Greens area for family outdoor use
• Parking lot and Roads
• Purchase the land/Building
• Set-up utilities,
• Entrance and small Parking Lot (<100 Cars),
• Initial temporary Structure for housing class room, Library, Spiritual activity (~3500 sq ft)
• Estimated budget: $ 2,000,000
• Clear the land, and develop greens area for family outdoor use
• Build a Large Community Center (restructure in case of building)
• Expand Children’s Class rooms, Library …
• Expand Parking lot and Roads
